Hello there cake lovers! For once we have a post dedicated to a single cake. This was commissioned for a very special little girl and is perhaps the most detailed cake ever to come out of The BMCC kitchen. It is certainly a firm favourite! Back to School with The BMCC!

Hello there cake lovers,

 After a well earned summer break we at The BMCC are back at our baking best and loving every minute of it! September saw the return to our screens of the best TV show on Earth.....The Great British Bake Off (what else?!) We can't help but love all those soggy bottoms - who'd have thought the simple art of baking could be so dramatic! Well of course here at The BMCC the oven gloves are on, the piping bags are out and it's all systems go in the kitchen. Amazing April!

Hello Everyone!

The last couple of weeks have been wonderful for us here at The BMCC. We have been lucky enough to make beautiful cakes for two lovely ladies. First up was this gorgeous lavender ombre ruffle cake with hydrangea flowers consisting of vanilla madeira with vanilla cream and raspberry preserve. Then we made this sumptuous 1920's-themed chandelier cake - rich chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache on the bottom and red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting on the top (oh and don't forget the feathers!) It really is Amazing April! X
